Dukkah is used as a dip with bread and olive oil. It can also be used to to salads.

1 cup pistachios (about 100 g)

2 Tbsp cumin seeds

3 Tbsp sesame seeds

4 Tbsp coriander

3 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp salt

1 tsp black peppercorns

In a hot skillet, dry roast seeds and nuts. Grind seeds and nut coarsely. When seed blend has completely cooled add sugar and mix well. Store in an air tight container.

From this recipe you will get about 30 tablespoons.
